Denny has been playing drums and percussion for years. His love and talent for playing has led him to a very busy career. Denny has countless credits including stage, television and recording sessions. He has traveled extensively in the U.S., Japan, Europe and Spain touring with such artists as Pat Kilbride, Graham Parker, The Merchants of Venus, and Charles Neville.

He has appeared on programs "The Tonight Show", "Austin City Limits", "VH-1", and "MTV". Denny has recorded with Donald Fagen, Roseanne Cash, Marc Cohn, Shaun Colvin, Carole King and David Johansen. Denny's unique style and flexibility also show on the jingles for Pepsi, Budweiser, Footlocker, Fila and Miller among others. He is also a staple player at "The New Orleans Jazz amp; Heritage Festival" held each spring in New Orleans.

Denny and Tony also met in 1985 when he became the drummer for the Cyclone Rangers. His unique style and approach to the drum kit keeps him very busy in the business. Denny plays drums and percussion on all the tracks of MAKANA and his wonderful sense of rhythm sparked each and every song to its full potential.
